You can already see the "facelifted" model ?? ie. clear lenses on side repeaters & rear lights etc? How long before you can buy these from other sources? |

I'd say stick with the Stormers, they look stunning, all aftermarket pics I have seen just don't seem to suit the car. |

I had the same dilemma as NeilR and visited Overfinch to see their 22" Tiger wheels. Whilst showing me around their proposed 500bhp bodykitted RRS I noticed the original Stormer wheels looking forlorn so made an offer and more than halved my expenditure. It seems to me your priorities are like mine and you would sacrifice dynamic ability (especially off-road) for looks. The Stormer wheels look good but, as you hint, look far better with the car in its access position. I am considering going to someone like Kahn Design who offer a lowered adjustable suspesion conversion on their RRS since the steepest thing I'm planning on climbing is the ramp to my local filling station. I did the 22" thing on my previous car (X5) and the ride was fine but trying to keep away from kerbs when parking was a nightmare and ultimately futile. 295/30 tyres also seem to pick up every stray screw in the road and, at £250 a throw, don't help marital relations! Cross fingers she will be arriving this afternoon as soon at the number plate transfer is done, I am starting to feel like my wallet is leaking like a sieve. I already have the SC grills in the garage waiting, I am collecting my 20" stormers tomorrow morning and I suspect I will be down the dealers later today ordering a heavy duty boot liner and mud flaps and cradle for my phone and number plates.
