My car was at Mallory on Sunday (and Donington).. Anyone see it? Laughing



Driving out of the paddock at Donington on Saturday a guy flagged me down. Works for LR on the continent (couldn't remember where he said though) and wanted to know if I would be back the next day so he could take photos of the Stormer kit as they haven't had any over there (wherever there was) yet. The Power of Four

I spent most of the day close by and was taken by how many people took photos of my Sport - this in a paddock full of racing cars, fezzas, Astons, ... The Power of Four

Too busy shouting abuse at the kids stepping into the road to notice that the car infront had stopped to do the same. Slammed on the brakes, and the offside of the front spoiler rubbed against the rear bumper, but as the car was breaking hard the spolier was travelling down at the time. This pushed the spolier up - creasing the corner of the wing! Censored


Cost me just over 800 quid to get fixed (garage did a fantastic job and managed to save the wing). Damage to the Corsa? 235. The Power of Four

For the first time I watched my RRS on the road as my wife followed me home. Boy, does it look imposing! Stationary the HST kit looks a bit 'flat' (for want of a better word, and I know all you lot in your mediocre average cars have a lot more words for it Very Happy ), but on the road it isn't half imposing. Sounds fabulous too, and that's with the wife driving! Twisted Evil The Power of Four
