In access height it happens - it's fairly normal, you need to grease something but I cann't remember what. Do a search on our sister site disco3.co.uk there is plenty of talk there about it. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Wasn't it something to do with a brake line catching wheel weights?? Do you wheels have the sticky weights or clip ons?? If so there is a recall mod I .... recall .... Rolling Eyes Laughing

Though noticing you are on an 07 this cannot be right...

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

It is called "Lock Stop Graunch". The noise is caused by the lock stop fouling against the inside of the wheel hub/brake housing whilst on full lock, combined with the vehicle being in access mode. The noise will stop eventually, when the two metal faces have bedded into each other.

If I remember correctly MAW, the problem you described with the brake jump hose fouling against the inner wheel balance weights only occurred on vehicles fitted with 20" wheels. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

No problem

We like to have a laugh and joke on here, but at the same time we will always try and help with any problems a fellow RRSport owner may have. Thumbs Up Arctic Frost TDV6 SE.
